Currently Witold Bielecki is the Professor of Management and Deputy Rector at the Koźmiński University in Warsaw. Since 1973 he worked at Department of Management of Warsaw Master of Science in University of Warsaw when he achieved Ph.D. (1981) and habilitation in Organization and Management (1999). In 1995 - 1996 he was a committee member of the Steering Committee of ISAGA (International Simulation and Gaming Association). He is also a member of Association for Business Simulation & Experimental Learning (ABSEL). Professor Bielecki was also a member of many supervisory boards such as: PTR Development S.A. (1998-2009), ZBM Investor S.A. (1999-2008), PZU S.A. (2000-2001), Polish Agency for Foreign Investment (2002-2003), Sport Stadium Construction and Management Company (2003) and Bank BGŻ S.A. (2006 – 2008). Since 1984 Professor Bielecki visited many Universities as a lecturer: Visiting scholar at Templeton College (Oxford Centre for Management Studies), Oxford, England(1984); Visiting scholar, Department of Management Science, Strathclyde University Business School, Glasgow, Scotland (1989); Associate Professor, Department of Management Information Systems, Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, USA (1991); Visiting scholar, Executive Development Centre, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA (1996); Visiting Professor, University of Glasgow, Scotland (1997); Visiting Professor, American University, Washington DC, USA (1998); Visiting Professor, University of Greenwich, UK (1999); Visiting Professor at universities in Belarus and Ukraine (2001-2008). His scientific output contains many publications in economics and management such as „E-hybride Teaching” or „Heuristic Decision Pitfall in Global Optimum”. He published three books and over 80 scientific articles in referred Journals.
