Dr. Grzybowska graduated from University of Bialystok and received the title of Doctor in Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2001 she was working at legal firm Art. Financial & Mortgages Inc. w Chicago. Dr Czemiel-Grzybowska obtained her training though courses in modern programs of credit mortgages organized by Washington Mutual Bank, Bank of New York and Westamerika Bank Between 2006-2007 she worked as an advisor to Voivodeship of Podlaskie.

She is presently an adjunct at the Department of Management of the University of Bialystok, member of the Commission in the Ministry of Regional Development as well as in Niemen Euroregion. In addition, Dr. Grzybowska is member
INTERREG IIIC an EU-funded programme that helps Europe’s regions form partnerships to work together on common projects. In addition Dr. Grzybowska is an expert in the Foresight Project which was activated in Poland by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The Foresight Project covers three research areas: Sustainable Development of Poland, Information and Communication Technologies, and Safety.

Dr. Grzybowska is a Chairwoman of Fundacja Regionalny Instytut Społeczno – Ekonomiczny (RISE) as well as Chairwoman of Regionalnego Instytutu Społeczno-Ekonomicznego in Białystok.

In addition, she is a member Association of Polish Accountants and a member of the Polish Economical Society.
