MR. JACEK KOMARACKI Mr. Jacek Komaracki, has a notable client oriented career in the financial sector. He completed his studies at the University of Warsaw, at the Institute for Social Studies and since than has become an accomplished individual in the financial industry. He started of his financial career at the Big Bank S.A., avidly participating in structuring the phone customer services. In late 1999, he joined the Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., as a Call Centre Manager, with the responsibility to design, the specifications and implementation strategy for the customer service all centre. In 2002 to 2006, Mr. Komaracki became Director of the Customer Service Department at Inteligo Financial Services S.A. I Bankgesselschaft Berlin (Polska) S.A., during his tenure he was responsible for structuring the architecture and specifications for implementation for both the customer strategy of Inteligo’s infrastructure and for the client contact centre. |
