MR. KAZIMIERZ DEMBSKI
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Dembski has many years on international experience as seasoned executive and director of many Polish and international companies, where he performed the functions as Director and Member of the Management Boards. He was President of the Management Board of many companies such as Racom Sp. z o.o. (1988-1994), CIFED SA /France, Germany/ (1994-1999), Formus Polska Sp. z o. o., (1999 – 2000), Elbank SA (2001 – 2007), CFT Polska Sp. z o. o. (since 2007) Mr. Dembski got his foreign experience in polish foreign trade company Budmex, where he worked as the Office Director, plenipotentiary for China Market Development (1986-1888) and Budimex Nigeria Ltd and as a Managing Director (1980- 1986). Mr. Dembski also worked in PHZ Polservice as a Specialist (1974–1976) and Energomontaż PÓŁNOC as a Manager (1976 – 1980).

He also got training in Forwards Agreements Market and FOREX capital management, professional training organized by THE POLISH BANK ASSOCIATION. Mr. Dembski graduated from the Silesian University of Technology (1965-1970), where he also worked as a research assistant and the Warsaw School of Economics where he specialized in International Trade (1972-1976). He speaks fluently Russian, English and German.
