MR. DANIEL BANDACHOWICZ

Mr. Daniel Bandachowicz is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of EnergoPlasma SA. a leading edge technology company dedicated to the production of sustainable and renewable energy. Mr. Bandachowicz is an accomplished executive and financial expert with over 14 years of international banking and finance experience. He is widely recognized as a focused, dedicated leader and strategic problem solver with skills including managing business ventures, managing and negotiating strategic partnerships and complex financial transactions. Recently, Mr. Bandachowicz concentrates his interest in the areas of renewable energy, and corporate finance (debt and equity, including project finance).

Mr. Bandachowicz was founder and Chairman (2001-2009) of the Supervisory Board of the Brompton Funding S.A. company with its head offices in Luxembourg. Mr. Bandachowicz played an important role in the regulation and supervision of the financial system which played a great role in determining both the stability and the extent of services provided by the Brompton Funding S.A. The regulation and supervision were aimed at the protection of investors and to ensure the transparency of operations. The strict ethical and business conduct rules developed by Mr. Bandachowicz allowed for exceptional growth of the company. Mr. Bandachowicz was credited with the creation and supervision of one of the largest trading debt instruments group, with the combined turn-over in excess of billions of euro.

Between 1999 and 2001 Mr. Bandachowicz was Deputy Director of the Department of Treasury and Head of Corporate Desk of European Cooperation Bank (Bank Współpracy Europejskiej S.A.) in Warsaw, Poland.  Prior to joining the European Cooperation Bank, Mr. Bandachowicz was Capital Markets Expert of the Department of Capital Markets of the Polish Development Bank (1995-1998) and Senior Corporate Debt Dealer of the Department of Capital Markets of BRE Bank S.A. in Warsaw, Poland a subsidiary of Commerzbank Group (1998-1999).

Mr. Bandachowicz has obtained extensive training and education in various international schools of business and finance, such as Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado, USA; University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne, USA and International Management Center at the University of Warsaw, Poland. In addition to his academic achievement he received his training at Gdansk Academy of Banking, Poland, International Foundation for Capital Market Development and Ownership Transformation-Privatization Center, Money and Capital markets at Barrents Group, USA Polish Development Bank, Securities Broker and Financial Director courses among many others.
